Today (February 10, 2026), representatives of “Erdenes ITP” LLC, including Mr. B. Myagmarjargal, Chairman of the Park Council, Mr. G. Gankhuyag, Head of the Project Development and Management Department, and relevant specialists, met with Mr. Jaap van Hierden, United Nations Resident Coordinator in Mongolia, Ms. J. Doljinsuren, Development Coordination officer for Strategic Planner and Head of the Resident Coordinator’s Office Ms. Jina Yang, Partnerships and Development Finance Officer.
During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on advancing the development of Industrial and Technology Park projects being implemented across six locations in Mongolia, with a focus on aligning these initiatives with sustainable development and green industrialization priorities. The discussions also addressed opportunities to expand investment and technology cooperation in the manufacturing sector, as well as to mobilize technical assistance and development financing through international partners.
The meeting further explored prospects for conducting joint studies with relevant UN agencies, implementing capacity-building programs, and initiating collaboration under specific project initiatives.
